About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing occupational therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OTR)
- Assist with treatment planning, scheduling, and documentation
- Manage durable medical equipment and maintain department records
- Support participant safety and functional improvement
- Coordinate therapy services and assist with participant care activities
- Perform related duties as needed
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid COTA registration in Colorado or eligibility
- Experience working with elderly or frail populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Driver’s license required; relevant certifications preferred
