Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists with treatment implementation
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
• Monitor patient progress and report findings
• Maintain treatment documentation and records
• Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes

Requirements

• Education: Associate degree from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
• Experience: 1–2 Years Preferred (But Not Required)
• Skills: Associate degree from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
• License: Valid New York State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
