Position
St. Francis Healthcare Center is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
Compensation
$55–$60 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Aid in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
Qualifications
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- Current state licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required
