InHome Therapy is hiring a home‑health Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to serve adult and geriatric patients in and around Deerfield Beach. The role offers a consistent caseload, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, therapy‑first environment.
About the role
This position provides home‑health occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will work directly in patients’ homes, helping them regain independence while enjoying autonomy over your daily schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide home‑health occupational therapy services under OT supervision.
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and support their functional independence.
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
- Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care that brightens a client’s day.
Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems; training provided).
Compensation
This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
