We're currently hiring a full-time or part-time home health Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in and around Boerne treating the adult and geriatric population.

- The visit rate for this role ranges from $45 - $50 per visit

What you'll do
- Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

What you'll need
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
