- IHT COTA Clinical Excellence Bonus – earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
- The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 – $50 per visit
Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. What You'll Do
- Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

What You'll Need
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
