About the role

We are seeking a Per-Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, providing specialized, school-based therapy to K-12 students with special needs.

Pay Range

$25.00 - $50.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Implement therapeutic activities to help students with sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, and daily living activities.
  • Provide training to school staff and parents on how to incorporate therapy goals into daily routines.
  • Document student progress by maintaining detailed records of therapy sessions for IEP reports.
  • Collaborate with other professionals by participating in IEP meetings to support students.

What You Bring

  • State Board Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Able to complete satisfactory Live Scan background screening and TB clearance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
