Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

About the role

Oasis Therapy Services provides exceptional therapy services to seniors, specializing in rehabilitation, pain management, and cognitive and speech therapy. We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver one-on-one rehabilitation in an assisted living and memory care setting in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Employment options include PRN and part‑time positions; documentation is managed via Net Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Follow treatment plans addressing ADLs, mobility, strength, coordination, and safety.
• Monitor residents' responses and report changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment.
• Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active and current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Geriatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
