About the role

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility. Help residents improve their daily living skills, independence, and quality of life in a supportive environment.

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with occupational therapy treatment plans
• Support patients in improving daily living and functional skills
• Document resident progress and treatment responses
• Collaborate closely with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active COTA license/certification
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
