Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Provide skilled, resident-centered occupational therapy services
• Accurately and timely document treatments, progress notes, and outcomes in Net Health
• Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused therapy environment

Requirements

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Ohio
• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to patient care
