About the role
New Horizon Therapy is growing—and we’re looking for a Pediatric COTA who wants to love what they do AND enjoy the people they do it with. If you’re a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who loves working with kids, thrives in a team environment, and believes therapy should be meaningful and fun, we might be looking for you.
At New Horizon, you won’t be thrown into the deep end and left to figure it out. You’ll work alongside an experienced OT who will support you, collaborate with you, and help you keep growing as a professional.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Current Arizona OT licensure/registration
- Pediatric experience is a plus
- A COTA who genuinely enjoys working with kids
- Someone who can confidently implement treatment plans, document care, and keep things moving
- A team player who believes we’re better when we grow together
