CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Join our compassionate Home Health & Hospice team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients throughout our community. We are seeking a dedicated and flexible WA State Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality patient care on a per diem basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy assistance to patients in their homes
• Support patients in maintaining independence and quality of life

Requirements

• Current WA State COTA license
• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
• Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
