About the Role

As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will make a real impact in a supportive, team-driven environment. You'll work in a modern, well-equipped facility designed for short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient services. Our residents make every day meaningful and rewarding, and our therapy team supports each other and believes in patient-first care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Assess patients' functional abilities and needs
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!
