We are hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals. Receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Establish a plan of care in accordance with the patients' needs and capabilities
• Travel to nearby centers as needed

Requirements

• Valid COTA License and Credentials
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Acute care experience
