About the Role
We are seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our team, implementing therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and a licensed physician. The role involves providing patient-centered care in a clinical setting, supporting individuals with physical disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing therapy plans
- Support patient recovery and rehabilitation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Contribute to patient-focused, whole-person care in an on-site environment
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience in Occupational Therapy Assistance
- Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License, Limited Permit, or Temporary License upon hire
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Qualifications
Preferred experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience with physical disabilities.
