Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant- PRN McKinney, TX

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough visits treating the patients’ physical conditions and follow the plan of care and treatment plans.
• Work with home health patients to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize the Snap Health mobile app to stay organized and manage your caseload efficiently.
• Provide excellent patient education and support to promote optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant license in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Occupational Therapy and mild exposure to home health.
• Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using mobile apps for organizational purposes.
