About the role
AMG Specialty Hospital – Albuquerque is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to assist the Occupational Therapist in developing individual treatment programs and administering the occupational therapy treatment program as directed by the Occupational Therapist and as ordered by a Physician.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Occupational Therapist in developing individual treatment programs
- Administers the occupational therapy treatment program as directed
- Maintains a current State License
- Reads and communicates effectively in English
- Communicates effectively in additional languages (if applicable)
- Uses basic computer skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Occupational therapy school
- Maintains a current State License
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer knowledge
