What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote resident independence and quality of life
• Assist with daily activities of living and mobility exercises
• Document progress and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed)
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!
