Responsibilities
- Assists the Occupational Therapist in developing individual treatment programs.
- Administers the occupational therapy treatment program as directed by the Occupational Therapist and as ordered by a Physician.
Requirements
- Maintains a current Indiana COTA License
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer knowledge

Additional languages desirable.
