Certified Nursing Assistants (Skilled Nursing Facility) PM

About the Role

Encore Village of Schaumburg is looking for compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team. You'll do much more than provide daily care—you'll build relationships, offer reassurance, celebrate progress, and help our residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home. We need evening shift CNAs (3pm-11pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide a balance of emotional and physical support that allows an individual to function at their highest level of independence, including:
  • Dressing, bathing, grooming
  • Eating/feeding
  • Bed mobility/positioning
  • Continence care/toileting
  • Behavioral support
  • Ambulation/wheelchair mobility
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition and function to the nurse immediately when noted.
• Perform assigned tasks as directed by Unit Manager.
• Complete C.N.A. documentation, including progress notes, percentage of meals and fluid taken, bowel sheet, and ADLs.
• Communicate with residents, families, and co-workers using a pleasant, positive approach.
• Respect Residents' Rights for Privacy and Dignity.

Requirements

• Current State of Illinois C.N.A. Certificate
• Current CPR Card
