Certified Nursing Assistant - Weekends

About the role

This position involves providing patient care in various environments, including office and patient care areas, requiring frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting in a fast-paced setting with potential interruptions. The role necessitates adherence to infection control policies and proper use of PPE such as masks, gloves, and shields.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities across a broad age range, from children to the elderly.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control procedures.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Handle equipment cleaning solutions and disinfectants safely.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines for patient information access, with clinical level 3 access to unrestricted data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and successful completion of CNA trainee program or current CNA certification.

Skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions.
• Physically capable of performing required tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of infection control practices and PPE protocols.
