About the Role
Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assist with transfers.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Respond to patient requests and support emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Operate care equipment and observe patient responses.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment, following infection control policies.
- Promote efficient unit operations by restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues.
- Support team efforts, participate in training, and assist with patient and unit activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification mandatory.
- CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
- Previous long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform essential duties independently and adapt to changing needs.
