CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT - WARREN HILLS REHABILITATION & NURSING CENTER

About the role

At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we offer a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed during your shift.
• Support oral hygiene, including denture care, upon waking, after meals, before bed, and as needed.
• Complete patient care records at the end of each shift, ensuring accurate In and Out (I and O) documentation.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Charge Nurse.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant and listed in the DFS registry.
• Willingness to care for geriatric patients and demonstrate genuine concern for their welfare.
• Ability to follow orders and attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.

$10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
