Certified Nursing Assistant - Retention Bonus

About the Role

Provide basic resident care under nursing supervision, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, linen changes, and resident transfers. May work in specific neighborhoods with flexibility to assist elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs and assist with daily activities
• Monitor for health symptoms and apply dressings as needed
• Document observations and record vital signs
• Aid with eating and change linens
• Measure intake/output and collect specimens
• Restock supplies and reposition residents
• Transport items and uphold resident rights
• Ensure privacy and maintain confidentiality in compliance with regulations
• Support resident well-being and ensure safety
• Follow regulations and participate in training

Requirements

• Completion of a State-approved CNA course or certification
• Experience preferred
• Computer skills desirable
• Willingness to obtain dementia care certification is a plus
