About the Role

The Certified Nursing Assistant is specifically trained, competent and performs assigned functions of personal care to the patient in their residence under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the registered nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Check each guest/patient routinely to ensure personal care needs are met according to their wishes and care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guest/patient’s daily care routine have been made.

Requirements

• Arizona CNA license certification prior to hiring.
• Current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Recent experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Transitional Rehab (preferred).

Pay

USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 per hour.
