Certified Nursing Assistant - Psych Adult
About the role
The Nursing Assistant functions within his/her scope of practice under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to assist in providing care and implementing delegated activities of the nursing plan. S/he demonstrates an understanding of basic nursing skills and skills unique to the assigned clinical unit(s).
Responsibilities
- Assists patients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Monitors patients' vital signs and reports changes to the RN.
- Ensures patient comfort and safety by assisting with mobility and positioning.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
