About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in various living options at Woodside Lutheran Home. Duties include administering medications, assisting with daily activities, conducting health assessments, and maintaining resident records.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily activities
• Conduct health assessments and document findings
• Maintain accurate resident records
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
