Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, to maintain accurate patient records.
- Aid with medical documentation and ensure accurate records are maintained, adhering to established protocols.
- Support patients with mobility needs, including safe transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs, promoting independence and safety.
