Certified Nursing Assistant II
About the role
We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our newly created 40-bed medical surgical unit. This transitional care unit focuses on patients requiring a longer length of stay and bridges gaps between various providers, services, and settings.
Responsibilities
- Takes vital signs and assists patients with basic hygiene and activities of daily living.
- Assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.
Requirements
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- CNA experience 0-6 months.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Skills
Consideration of the special needs and behaviors of specific patient populations is required.

Pay
Sign on bonuses for Clinical Nursing Assistants (CNA): 0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,000 (full time), 1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time).
Schedule
4-12-hour shifts, Weekends Required.
