Certified Nursing Assistant -Home Health -East Grand Forks -PRN

Job Summary

Performs tasks as delegated and indicated on the care plan for assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. Delivers age appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the patient per care plan. Assists patients in daily living activities such as dressing and undressing, bathing and eating.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
• Completion of a 75-hour nurse assistant course is required.
• Registered as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and registered in the applicable state's Department of Health.
• Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
• Valid driver's license required.
