Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Health and Home Hospice 1.0 FTE (Days) Patient Home Visit

Responsibilities

• Provide support to staff and patients on the unit
• Work independently to provide resource information and general nursing care to patients
• Complete clerical tasks related to regulatory annual requirements, audits, and patient processes

Requirements

• Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification
• Strong interest in customer service
• Able to multi-task and work independently with little supervision
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care and demonstrating compassion, especially at the end of life
