About the role
This position is available at 200 North Main Street, East Longmeadow, MA.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide basic personal care to elderly individuals.
- Auxiliary in mobility, transferring, and positioning of clients as needed.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements
- Must have experience.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and provide high quality care to clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
