Certified Nursing Assistant - Full-Time Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Provide basic nursing care and follow prescribed exercises
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and dietary needs
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities tailored to their interests
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain accurate records
• Report changes in patient condition and adhere to the care plan
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements via electronic systems
• Uphold patient confidentiality and report any signs of abuse or neglect

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with active certification
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Effective communication and physical ability to perform tasks including lifting
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to different client environments
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute using personal vehicle
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and TB testing

Additional Details

The role involves electronic charting, PPE provision, and requires physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs. The position offers weekly pay, immediate hiring, and a referral bonus. Travel within specified areas is necessary to provide care at various client locations.
