Certified Nursing Assistant - Full Time

About the Role

This position supports patient care activities under the supervision of a licensed nurse, assisting with routine tasks, documentation, and organizational duties within a nursing unit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes, ensuring proper documentation and room setup.
• Transport stable patients safely while maintaining confidentiality and security.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and unit organization, including restocking and equipment management.
• Support a safe and comfortable environment by replenishing patient needs and responding to emergencies.
• Perform unit-specific patient care tasks aligned with skill levels and document care activities accurately.
• Monitor patient conditions, report changes promptly, and adapt care methods to meet individual needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members, respond to calls, and handle patient interactions professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Patient care experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• Current CNA license and BLS certification required.
