Certified Nursing Assistant FT

About the Role

Provide compassionate support to clients in an adult day care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and document health status, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support participation in recreational and social activities
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized care plans

Requirements

• Valid CNA license and current CPR certification (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or technical training preferred
• Experience working with adults with dementia or intellectual disabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and able to maintain confidentiality

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Good physical and mental health to perform caregiving duties
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with equipment and mobility aids
• Handle physical demands professionally and compassionately under stress

Pay

$18.50 - $20 hourly wage
