About the role
Assists residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs as needed during shift.
Completes patient care records at the end of each shift, including accurate intake and output (I&O).
Performs other duties as assigned, assisting the charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified nursing assistant, listed in the DFS registry.
- Genuine concern for the welfare of geriatric patients.
- Willingness to follow orders and attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
