Guttenberg Care Center is now hiring weekend package certified nursing assistants (CNAs) in Iowa. The center offers a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care while assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor residents' condition and report changes to the licensed nursing team.
• Auxiliary with meals, hydration, positioning, and restorative care.
• Record accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and safety.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Currently enrolled in a CNA training program? We'd still love to hear from you!
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
