Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Unit Secretary Digestive Health Clinic
For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering sign-on bonuses for Certified Nursing Assistants:
- 0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time)
- 1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
About the role
This position has administrative and secretarial duties. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant - Unit Coordinator role coordinates and organizes the clinical duties of the unit or department and performs Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) duties as appropriate.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Maine or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in New Hampshire. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Experience: Relevant experience preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE). In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offers comprehensive benefits.
