About the role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care
- Supporting residents to maintain independence
- Ensuring accurate and timely care documentation
- Preparing meals and engaging in light household chores
- Performing additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid CNA/STNA certification in Ohio, with successful passing of the state test and listing on the Nurse Aide Registry
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to use proper lift techniques and equipment
