Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN / Flexible Facility Staffing

Interim HealthCare of the Fox Cities is hiring Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for flexible facility staffing opportunities throughout the Appleton, Menasha, and surrounding areas. Positions are part-time/PRN with flexible scheduling and potential for full-time growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs as required
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Follow resident care plans and facility procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
• Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and independence
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification - required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Dependable and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties of a CNA position
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Preferred: 1+ year of CNA experience
• Preferred: Skilled nursing or long-term care experience
• Preferred: CPR certification

Pay

$20.00/hour CNA base pay. Additional pay opportunities based on qualifying shifts or incentives.
