What You'll Do

  • Assist patients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
  • Support patients in maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment.
  • Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the care team.
  • Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
  • Help patients maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Requirements

  • Active CNA certification in the state of employment

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
