Certified Nursing Assistant CNA - PM Shift

About the Role

Join a small, community‑focused skilled nursing and assisted living campus where relationships matter. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the PM shift, you’ll work closely with residents and the nursing team to provide hands‑on care and support, helping make Augusta Health and Rehabilitation feel like home.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs.
• Assist with meals and encourage independence whenever possible.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Complete accurate documentation.
• Work as part of a team to provide safe, respectful, and quality care.
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin CNA certification and active placement on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
• Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
• Commitment to treating residents and coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Previous long‑term care experience is welcome, but newer qualified CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑Time and Part‑Time PM positions available. Every other weekend and rotating holidays.
