Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Per Diem
About The Role
As a Per Diem CNA at Grandview, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care. You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, promote patient dignity and autonomy, and maintain accurate and detailed records. Your compassion, patience, and attention to detail will be invaluable in helping our patients achieve their health goals and return to their communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and ambulating
- Monitor and report vital signs, and provide basic care as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
