About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care.
- Provide resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Check in with residents and assist with dining and personal care needs.
- Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
- Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.

To support associates in their journey to become a U.S. citizen, Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725 (less applicable taxes and withholding), for qualified associates who have been with the company for at least a year. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Pay
Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience.
