Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part Time All Shifts Available - Eventide Fargo!

About the role

Eventide Fargo Care Center is seeking Part Time Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.) to work between 24-48 hours per period. Day, PM, and NOC shifts are available with various weekdays, every other weekend, and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized attention to encourage residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.
• Carry and follow assigned resident care plans.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, etc., as indicated on resident care plan.
• Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each resident.
• Interact with residents with warmth and compassion.
• Follow policies and procedures related to safety, including those concerning residents, others, property, and oneself.
• Report any incidents or evidence of abuse, neglect, or violations of residents' rights promptly.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean environment.
• Answer residents' call lights and alarms promptly.
• Perform tasks such as checking vital signs, residents' weights, applying lotions, etc., as necessary.
• Lift, move, and transport residents using appropriate equipment as identified by the care plan.
• Absorb and escort residents for appointments and activities, as needed.
• Document and record care provided and other pertinent information.
• Follow proper safety and infection control procedures, including handwashing, glove use, disposal of soiled materials, etc.
• Assist with resident's personal laundry as needed.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

• Current North Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant license.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Physical stamina and strength to perform required tasks.

Pay

$22-$24.64 per hour based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available.
