Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - On Call

Baywood Home Care is hiring an On-Call CNA in the Twin Cities Area, MN. This is an in-person, on-call position with a flat rate for holding availability plus your hourly wage when called in for a shift.

Pay

• $75 flat rate to be on call on weekdays
• $100 flat rate to be on call on weekends
• Plus your full hourly wage for the shift duration if called in

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Offer gentle reminders for medications and routines
• Ensure safety and peace of mind throughout each shift
• Support independence and dignity through compassionate care

Requirements

• CNA certificate (does not need to be current)
• At least 21 years old
• Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required
• 1 year of caregiving experience required
• Dependable and compassionate attitude
• High school diploma or GED preferred
