About the role
Provide exceptional nursing care in adherence to our policies and procedures. You will be equipped with the necessary training, support, tools, and equipment to deliver the highest quality of care. Our team of healthcare professionals and mentors—including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and Administrator—will support you.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the vibrancy and quality of life for our residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support.
- Promptly respond to resident call lights.
- Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments.
- Adhere to infection control procedures.
- Document and chart care for each resident.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Compassionate and caring personality.
- Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
