Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques and equipment.
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.
• Support residents' dignity, preferences, and independence according to care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Deliver hands-on resident care, document accurately, support resident safety and comfort, and work collaboratively with the care team to ensure quality care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current, unencumbered CNA certification in Tennessee.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents safely with or without assistance.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
