Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' daily needs and update their personal Resident Care Plan in collaboration with the Nurse.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with people.
• Current state-required certification as a CNA, HHA, CHHA, or Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Pay

Salary range: USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 per hour. The final offer will consider factors such as experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training.
