Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Med Surg | Full Time, Days

Sign-on bonus eligible.

Schedule

Full-time, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (36 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Assist with unit and patient care needs under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
• Access patient health information as required for job responsibilities.
• Access medication storage areas (excluding controlled substances) related to job duties.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required, unless a current high school student participating in the CATS program for the NC.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required through American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Listed with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation in good standing.
• Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test, including bending, stooping, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
